We are building a supportive community for Indonesian women in Ireland who are pursuing their careers while planning for, or navigating, family life. This is our inaugural event, and we aim to host it on regular basis.

Why join us?

Balancing career and family comes with real challenges:
- 10-20% of known pregnancies end in miscarriage
- Over 30% of women will likely to experience anxiety, depression and stress after giving birth
- 62% of new mothers report feeling lonely after giving birth
- Women with low social support are significantly more likely to develop postpartum depression
- The "motherhood penalty" is considered one of the biggest drivers of gender inequality at work

This initiative aims to create a safe and empowering platform for knowledge sharing, open discussions, professional networking, peer support.

Who should join?

We welcome Indonesian women in Ireland who have graduated from Irish universities, are currently employed or pursuing a career, have young children or are planning to start a family, are interested in connecting with like-minded professionals.
