About us

Founded in 2024, our association was established to bring together Indonesian professionals across Ireland under a shared vision of connection, growth, and community. Recognising the need for a dedicated platform, we aim to support career development, encourage collaboration, and create a strong network where members can learn from and uplift one another. Through professional, cultural, and social initiatives, we strive to strengthen the Indonesian presence in Ireland while fostering meaningful relationships both within our community and beyond.

Executive Director

Our Executive Director brings an international perspective and strong industry experience to the organisation. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Tsukuba before relocating to Ireland to pursue a career in the technology sector. She began her professional journey at IBM as a Business Analyst and has since progressed into her current role as a QA Analyst at Merative.

Alongside her professional work, she is further strengthening her expertise by pursuing a Professional Diploma in Data Protection Law and Governance at University College Dublin, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and leadership in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Organisational Structure

Our organisational structure is inspired by Indonesia's five main islands, reflecting the diversity and unity that define our community. Five board members work closely with and support the Executive Director in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation.

Beyond the leadership team, our members play an active role by contributing their skills, experiences, and time in ways that align with their individual backgrounds and availability, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive approach to growth.
